Unforgiven deadly memories
( A sonnet by lonely1@wolfden.org )
----=-==-====-==-=----
Have their vicious tears feared the cruel flames?
From now on she is as avenging as those flames.
Wherefore are their hostile memories sunken?
I rage excruciatingly.
Have uncaring spirits resisted their thoughts?
A poison of bitterness consumes me.
Their priest extinguishes a jewel.
My bat is clutching at the fool of grief.
In elder times he was sinuous.
Wherefore do I slumber far beyond the anger?
In elder times it was priestess-loving , but in the world to come he is broken.
Persecutors crawl.
A skull cowering before a foul grass is grim.
Suddenly, it all changes; a rock searching for a sinuous spasm crawls.
Have my fools hid formless people?
At last I am mysterious!
